James Brewer
James Brewer serves as Talent Acquisition Manager for E.A. Sween Company, a food production and distribution business. Specializing in building relationships though community outreach, last year he successfully staffed one plant’s production area without using outside staffing agencies. Not only did James drop the time to fill metrics from more than 30 days per person to an average of 17 days, he formed a pool of local employees who have a vested interest in the company’s and community’s success.
