Diversity and inclusion has long been an issue that companies have looked to address, but following the focus placed on issues of racial justice in the last year, we find organizations asking themselves some key questions about their practices, their image and authenticity of their previous D&I efforts. It’s a big moment in time for D&I. Get it wrong and candidates of any race will likely not identify with your employer brand or values. Get it right, and the world is your oyster so to speak.
