They discuss some of the most common questions Kaplan gets around the idea of a safe return to work, from OSHA worries to mandatory vaccines and evolving mask policies.
Following announcements from the CDC these last few weeks about easing of travel restrictions, mask mandates and social distancing, there’s been a lot of confusion about what this might mean for the workforce. Is this the end of the big shift to remote work? Are companies going back into offices? When is it safe to start bringing people back? Are they mentally prepared for that and how close are we to a vaccination rate that would see things return to normal?
