Alan Richardson leads the enterprise Learning and Development group, which designs and delivers innovative learning solutions for employees globally across RBC and delivers award-winning internship programs such as Career Launch and the Graduate Leadership Program. Alan is accountable for executing the strategy to re-imagine Learning in a rapidly transforming business environment, and introducing innovation learning approaches in support of building a digitally-enabled relationship bank.

Previously at RBC Alan held roles such as VP of HR Transformation, HR Business Partner, and led the Organizational Effectiveness team responsible for Change Management and Organization Design.

Prior to RBC Alan worked as a management consultant across a range of topics and industries with The Boston Consulting Group. Primarily focused on Financial Services, he also worked in Retail, Consumer Goods, Information Services, Pharma, Mining and Food Service. Alan concentrated on organizational and operational transformation and related topics (Human Resources, Change Management, Culture etc.).
