Allison Dell, is a talent and learning professional, facilitator and coach who has specialized in leading global learning and development teams. With over 20 years’ experience and most recently, as Executive Director, Talent and Learning with Cineplex, she has led the training function, and created curricula, designed learning programs and implemented support systems across all business verticals.

Under Allison’s leadership, Cineplex was recognized in 2017 with the Charles Jennings Award for Excellence and the Brandon Hall silver award for Best Strategy for a Corporate Learning University and the Brandon Hall silver award for Blended Learning in 2018. Additionally, Cineplex has been a 3time winner of the Waterstone Top 10 Most Admired Corporate Culture award, and was recognized in 2015 by the Retail Council of Canada, with an award for Talent Development.
