Sonia Sharda, Director, is the head of Leadership Development at «La Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec” (CDPQ). She leads the leadership development program for the 250 leaders of CDPQ.

Ms. Sharda defined the learning strategy for the 2018-2020 leadership program, which acts as a strong culture-changing lever within the organization. She also plays an important role in the design and content creation of the program and acts as a facilitator for some central learning activities.

She holds a Master’s Degree in HR from HEC Montreal.
