Marjorie Williamson

Marjorie is responsible for the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs as well as HR information systems and HR Operations at RTI.  She has over 25 years’ experience in various disciplines within Human Resources, including Compensation, Benefits, HR information systems (HRIS) and HR Analytics. She has worked in multiple industries - including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and insurance - leading the design, implementation, communication, and management of compensation, retirement, and health and welfare benefits programs.  Prior to joining RTI, Marjorie led global compensation programs for Cigna.  Her experience includes directing the global compensation and benefits functions at Cree, global compensation and HRIS at PPD, and compensation at Bristol-Myers Squibb.  She served as an HR Business Partner while at Bristol-Myers Squibb and in Strategic Financial Planning while at FedEx.  In addition, Marjorie spent several years as a compensation and HRIS consultant with a boutique consulting firm.  Marjorie is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional and a Society for HR Management certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of North Texas.
