Corporate Chaplains of America is the nation's largest provider of full-time corporate chaplains serving over 350,000 employees and their family members in 42 states. Founded in 1996 as a 501(c)3 non-profit agency, CCA has grown double digits year over year now serving over 450 companies that range in size from 25 employees to over 18,000 employees.

Corporate Chaplains of America partners with companies, providing world-class care for employees as they navigate through life’s ups and downs. Chaplains care for employees by making weekly, on-site visits, meeting with each employee.  Those short visits are voluntary, permission-based, and confidential and could be as simple as a word of encouragement.  Many times, those conversations turn into extended “Care Sessions” addressing family issues, financial concerns, hospital visits, grief care and many other issues impacting the employee’s life and morale at work. With over 250 certified Chaplains across the nation, every employee and every family member of an employee has access to receive Chaplain care 24/7.
