With more more than 30+ years of previous experience running businesses, and consulting in areas such as Change Management, Behavioural Change and Transformation. Jonathan also has skills and experience in Executive Development, Business Planning, Sales, Training Delivery, and Management, holding a range of educational qualifications and fellowship of professional bodies. Jonathan is also an author having written on a wide range of topics and has presented at a number of industry-leading conferences.
When it comes to learning, the focus is often placed on the course or the content while alignment to organisational strategy can often be overlooked. Businesses are currently sitting on a staggering amount of employee data and can readily access key metrics to help inform learning design, however they rarely do. Through effective use of analytics, we can derive valuable insights into the best ways to achieve optimal outcomes for capabilities. A rigorous approach to the use of data in learning & development can ensure that learning outcomes align to the businesses goals and assist in driving meaningful change in the organization.
