Jason is from the Dallas Metroplex in Texas and is a certified instructional designer and master trainer. He has been involved in learning and development for the last 8 years and has extensive experience in operations training, utilizing a blended learning approach for both onsite employees and remote staff. Jason has consulted and implemented training programs for all levels of operations, resulting in decreased time to proficiency and efficiency gains in both virtual and Instructor Led learning environments.
