Graham is part of Deloitte’s Talent Development function, which provides learning and development solutions for Deloitte professionals. As part of the Development Strategy & Innovation team, he is responsible for multiple initiatives that advance learning and development at Deloitte to bring value and impact to the business and drive performance. Graham leads four core efforts, to include architecting the future development experience at Deloitte, maintaining the Talent Development strategy and operating model, managing Development’s impact measurement strategy, and overseeing eminence activities that tell Deloitte Talent Development stories to help advance the field.
Graham serves as Deloitte’s representative on the ATD Forum, Training Magazine Hall of Fame, and Enterprise Learning Council (a consortium of learning leaders from professional services firms). He was previously the CLO for Deloitte’s U.S. Federal practice and a talent development advisor to Deloitte Consulting Mexico. Prior to that, he was in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, providing talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management solutions for clients.
Graham graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Formal Organizations. He lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, outside of Washington, DC, with his wife, 8 year-old son, and 11 year-old daughter.
