Margaret Maupin is a senior leader in Allstate's talent acquisition function. In her role, she overseas Allstate's STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) recruiting team,  designed to support Allstate's technology and innovation-led lines of business with the rapidly increasing demand for STEM skills. 

After an early career in corporate communications working at both large and start-up organizations, Margaret spent 10 years in the U.K., recruiting for and consulting with digital and creative businesses in London. While there, she developed a passion for all-things talent, particularly how employee and candidate experiences shape organizational culture.

Prior to Allstate, Margaret was a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton where she developed and led human capital and workforce management strategies for a diverse group of federal agency and commercial clients. She led a multi-year effort to transform a well-known federal agency's talent acquisition function, including developing a data-driven Employer Value Proposition and employee communication framework to drive an improved employee and candidate experience.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boston College and an MBA from Middlesex University in London.
