Sony Tiwari is VP of Talent Management at Altisource (Nasdaq: ASPS), a global organization in the commercial and consumer real estate marketplace. At Altisource, he applied design thinking practices to recruiting, talent development and employee experience, leading to a Innovation in Learning Award at the Docebo Conference and recognition from Mogul Magazine as a Top 1000 Worldwide Company for Millennial Women. A graduate of New York University and current Doctoral candidate at Columbia University, Sony has presented research on learning and talent development at conferences such as the League for Innovation and TEDx. His current projects focus on applying human-centered design to performance review, talent assessment and digital learning.
