Laura A. Van Winkle is the Director of Human Resources for a 226 bed, acute care hospital in Northern California. She has worked in Human Resources for over 25 years with the last 19 in healthcare. She received her Masters of Jurisprudence, Labor and Employment Law form Tulane University School of Law and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
