Casper Moerck

Casper Moerck currently works for Siemens where he is responsible for Learning Technology in The Americas. He has an established global career as a leader in the learning space. He has consulted on learning, training and onboarding for large companies like Maersk, Beumer Group and Nordea Bank for more than 10 years and has worked in the renewable energy sector for companies like Vestas, being responsible for global new hire onboarding as well as training for the Northern European region. He has extensive experience in most aspects of L&D from instructional design of new hire programs, sales enablement, LEAN and leadership programs to strategy development, learning process & infrastructure optimization and corporate university development. Casper holds a master’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Roskilde in Denmark
