Eric Schneider

Eric Schneider is the Enterprise Learning Technology Leader Trane Technologies. Eric has been with the Enterprise Learning organization for 10 years, providing innovative learning technology solutions for our internal customers, ranging from leadership development to lean manufacturing best practices. For 15 years prior to joining the company, Eric created interactive (2D and 3D) training for the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Education industries in North Carolina. Eric, along with his wife Tori (an accomplished visual artist), and his 14 year old son Nathan (a rising 9th grader and avid coder), are active members of the Charlotte Makerspace, where design and technology converge in the spirit of the modern "Maker" movement. Recent efforts have been focused on supplying front-line medical workers with personal protective gear.
