Ken Hubbell

An animator for the EPA at the forefront of digital technology in the late 1980s, Ken Hubbell is a pioneer in the field of multimedia, helping develop authoring tools for Adobe Shockwave 3D, VR, and simulation. Today, Ken researches technologies and pedagogical methodologies for leveraging voice interfaces, AI, games, and video to engage learners and promote innovation. He has a knack for building creative teams that leverage emerging technologies to improve user experience and increase behavioral transformation. Ken is an award-winning Learning Technologist, product designer, writer, husband, and father of three great children. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from NC State University, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University, and makes his home in Raleigh, NC.
