Richard Nuffer

Richard Nuffer has been the Chief Learning Officer at Department of Defense for 15 years. He directs training and education for a Defense Agency of approximately 15,000 employees. His responsibilities include both policy and implementation. He established leadership training at all levels within the Agency and built a network of online learning available to all employees. The training includes leadership training, technical training, mandatory training, and education available for college credit. He is certified as an instructor by Franklin/Covey, the Defense Acquisition University, ELI and others.
