Upon being named as Chief People Officer for Krispy Kreme Mexico, Badia fulfilled a critical role building the Human Resource strategy for the region from the ground up for this food and beverage company, including an expansion roadmap and a c

ultural vision for the region. Ms. Rebolledo has dedicated herself and her vision as a leader who engages in projects with an “All-In” attitude. With a forte for successfully building strong teams and holding a key role leading all facets of finance and strategy, Ms. Rebolledo has successfully positioned Krispy Kreme Mexico as a leading expert in its field with respect to the application of best business and finance practices contributing to the following successes:

● Re-engineered the organizational structure to move from a hierarchy concept to a wirearchy one, allowing a two-way flow of power and authority, based on knowledge, trust, credibility and a focus on results, enabled by interconnected people and technology.
● Creating the cultural strategy and playbook for a retail sector in which reaching out to every sales point presents a challenge.
● Identified and secured improvements in the operating structure, capturing improved discipline in operations and resources.

Prior to assuming the role of Chief People Officer for Krispy Kreme Mexico, Badia achieved over two decades of experience driving positive outcomes across Executive HR Leadership, Personnel Development, Human Resources Technologies, Change Management, Employee Relations, Success in Latin American Markets, and Enterprise Strategic Alignment in multiple roles with albo, Credijusto, Beiersdorf Mexico, Siemens Mexico, BEDEK, Nestle Mexico, and Procter & Gamble.
