Aloysius Budi Santoso

Aloysius Budi Santoso leads the Corporate Human Capital Development function at PT Astra International Tbk. His responsibilities also include serving as Commissioner of PT Sigap Prima Astrea and PT Astra Digital International, as well as the supervisory board of Astra’s pension fund and Astra bina ilmu foundation (Astra manufacturing polytechnic).

He completed a post-graduate programme in coaching in 2014 at Edinburgh Napier University UK, followed by Executive Education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and INSEAD.

He has been a guest lecturer in various business schools and a speaker for external seminars on strategic management, human resources and sales. He is a certified Astra leadership executive coach and received a global HR leadership award at the World HRD Congress, Mumbai for several years. He also served as permanent member of the Indonesian delegation to the International Labour conference in Geneva and supervisiory board of the Indonesia Human Resources Management Association (Perhimpunan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Indonesia).
