Raamann Ahuja

Raamann Ahuja is Senior Director of HR for South East Asia and Taiwan at Thermo Fisher Scientific and is based in Singapore. With Thermo Fisher, he has worked in different countries including India, Middle East and now in SEA region.

Raamann’s leadership brand is being a ‘Business Manager’, focusing on linking people agenda with business challenges and working on people strategies that support organization growth plans. He is well regarded for his focus on organization culture building, HR process rigour and leadership development.

Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, he has 24 years’ work experience with companies like Asian Paints, HSBC, Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank. He started his career post his chemical engineering as a sales person. He has also worked with an IT start-up in Chicago, USA. He did his MBA in HR and embarked on his journey as a HR professional since then.
