Renae Lim

Renae Lim has more than 15 years of banking experience, having worked in both HR and line roles across Sydney, London and Singapore. In her current role as VP, Talent Development and Inclusion, she has regional responsibilities covering 12 markets across Asia for learning and development, talent management initiatives and diversity.

With a CPA from Australia, she started her career as an accountant, before moving into operations in banking.  She then spent a number of years being a headhunter within the financial service space. She developed an interest in other HR topics and moved into talent development space, which is her current passion. Her past employers include JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Robert Walters.

She loves travelling to new places, is a connoisseur of good food and loves baking.
