Weerapat Sapakarn currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited in Thailand, utilising knowledge from his MBA course as well as years of experience in global people strategies, employee engagement, and organisation and people development in various financial businesses.

He was involved in many regional projects across Asia in the HR field including workforce administration, performance management and organisation talent review with many international companies. He is also a certified executive coach by the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, USA, and is currently an executive coach for Thailand market.
