Alex leads a team of Lead Consultants across the U.S who are focused on delivering impactful employee engagement, culture, and human capital solutions and strategies to clients.  He and his team partner with clients to uncover deep organizational and staff insight, and to build impactful action plans through appropriate and innovative research approaches. He has extensive, applied experience in scoping and executing quantitative and qualitative research on employee, consumer, and organizational populations for midsize and large multinational institutions. 

Alex has more than 20 years of experience in team leadership, global project management, market research, advanced data analysis, and business development. He has partnered with a broad spectrum of leading organizations including HP, CBRE, Mary Kay, McKesson, NextEra Energy, and Occidental Petroleum to comprehensively analyze workforce data and provide strategic insight to build a better workplace experience unique to each organization. Prior to joining the firm, he was a consulting director with International Data Corporation, where he developed a thought leadership and executive advisory consulting practice for technology vendors and led large survey-based projects from initial sampling and survey design to data collection and analysis.

Alex has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Throughout his career, he has advised many clients on the development of strategic plans and has delivered many executive-level, event, and public presentations. He is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
