Lori Muszynski (she/her) is an independent Inclusion Design Consultant who creates holistic inclusion strategies, programs and tactics that foster cultures of belonging. Leveraging design thinking principles, she ensures DEI interventions suit the specific culture, values, goals and customers of individual organizations. Lori has served Fortune 100 companies across a 15-year career in user-centered design management, most recently leading global Inclusion & Diversity for the design consultancy Fjord (part of Accenture Interactive) and as the global I&D Talent Lead for Accenture Digital.

In the age of #MeToo, #BlackLivesMatter, unhealthy masculinity and cancel culture, men can be unsure of their place at work. Driven by fear and shame, many men are leaning out rather than leaning in, working against the advancement of their colleagues and inclusive cultures. This session will show how to create healthy small group spaces for men to explore their changing self-perception and new expectations, while processing demotivating shame into positive action.
