Ritesh Daryani is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of experience both locally and internationally. He earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations, and a Masters and PhD (ABD) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, Washington. He is an accomplished thought leader in on-the job development, onboarding, and culture. He has a wealth of experience in helming HR teams, organizational development, performance management, merger and acquisitions, change management, HR technology, employee relations, restructuring, and staffing. Daryani is currently Vice President, People & Culture, at Edifecs leading the human resources team to build a strong, employee-friendly organization. Ritesh’s role entails partnering with senior leaders to provide innovative ideas and solutions to ensure that the organization maintains its innovative and supportive culture. He coaches key leadership in fostering the core company values. Ritesh leads the creation and execution of the strategic vision for the human resources function, translating business strategy into people strategy. He also serves as a strategic business partner for the senior leadership team, helping shape new policies, programs, and IT system implementations, recruiting, compliance, and delivers functional expertise in many other areas of HR. He oversees a team of 13 people spread across the United States and India. Pior to Edifecs, Ritesh spent three years as the Director, Human Resources for the eCommerce Platform Organization at Expedia. Before Expedia, he worked with Infosys, IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation, HCL Technologies Ltd, and General Electric (GE).
