Katie Zamora is an experienced Human Capital professional with a passion for creating an engaging employee experience.   Beginning her career by crafting exceptional customer experiences with luxury hotel brands, Katie knew how to translate vision into reality by ensuring a holistic experience.  Transitioning to the Human Capital and re-focusing on employees through HR Business Consulting, Katie brings a unique perspective to all aspects of the employee journey.  Now with Luxottica, Katie has led the way in understanding employee’s connection points to the organization and has implemented an overall experience framework to support efforts toward a purposeful culture.

Katie has worked with world-class organizations like The Ritz-Carlton, Montage Hotels & Resorts, The Advisory Board Company, Fifth Third Bank, and Luxottica. She has been a featured speaker for thinkhuman + Peakon and will be speaking at the upcoming 3rd Annual Internal Branding + Employee Experience conference in Chicago. In addition to her human capital experience, Katie is a certified Prosci Change Management Practioner, Luma Human Centered Design Practitioner, and L.E.I. Leadership Assimilation and On-Boarding Coach.

Katie holds a BS in organizational communication from Ohio University.
