Mary Lynn brings 20 years of marketing and business development experience, along with a passion for helping people find meaningful work, to her role as Program Director at Path Forward. Having served as a hiring manager for large established brands (Microsoft, Hearst and Gap, Inc), as well as several start-ups, Mary Lynn has a deep understanding of rapidly changing employment landscapes. She leverages that knowledge to create mutually beneficial partnerships that foster more diverse and thriving workplaces. Prior to Path Forward, Mary Lynn led employer outreach and business development efforts for the Berkeley-Haas MBA programs.. Mary Lynn holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
