Quentin has more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian Government sector spanning both Commonwealth and state/jurisdictional perspectives. Of this, 17 years has been spent leading workforce planning and development initiatives and programs across the sectors including health, taxation/treasury, law enforcement and statistics. Quentin’s experience includes strategic and operational workforce planning, workforce analytics, organisational, structural and job design, workforce planning solution development and management, remuneration management, and legislative reform. Quentin is the inventor and owner of the award-winning Workforce Optimisation Tool (WOT) which provides the platform for accessible, responsive, reliable, and relevant workforce planning insights. Quentin is a subject expert advisor to the international NEOM $500B Giga Project Building City of the Future and has been a subject expert adviser to the Commonwealth Government Workforce Planning Resource and systems development for the past 3 years and the workforce mobilisation initiatives for Covid19. He has delivered several projects for the SA Government including: The Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment ‘Professionalising the Information and Communications Technology Workforce’; SA Government Talent Deployment and Workforce Mobility Project; The Department for Human Services Office of Child Protection Workforce Plan; and the Return to Work SA Workforce Plan for Technical officers.
