Denley McIntosh

Senior Business Advisor ServiceOntario, Ministry of Government and Consumer Services

Denley believes people and culture are at the heart of any thriving business today. People are the future of work. Denley is looking to address this ubiquitous challenge of the workplace where millions are loss in business revenue.

For over 15 years, Denley has drawn upon his various experiences as a public servant, project manager, engineer, executive coach and community leader to relate to and serve various stakeholders. As a keynote professional speaker and corporate facilitator, he has provided coaching and training on inclusion, diversity and anti-racism for various provincial ministries in the Ontario Government where he works. As a developer of people, his goal is to provide leadership that engages and empowers staff, leverage his experience in cultural transformation and share best practices within the HR community.

Denley is known as a change agent who elevates the values and enrich the culture of teams he works with. He acts as the Director of Connect Ontario Professional Development Group to support public sector professionals of diverse backgrounds (i.e. race, ethnicity, gender, job rank etc.) to bring their whole selves to work through mentoring, coaching and adult learning. As the founder, he defines his organization as a workplace community of inclusive diversity. It’s considered a resource for people development within the government for Ontario. Connect Ontario focuses on building value-based leadership, inclusive engagement, collaborative culture, and mentally resilient community.
