Helen Davies

Head of Human Resources: Innovation, Technology & Shared Services TD Bank Group

Helen Davies joined TD in 2011 and currently is the Head of HR for Innovation, Technology & Shared Services of TD Bank Group. Prior to taking on this role, Helen has held a number of executive leadership positions in HR and the business including Customer Strastegy & Innovation for TD Insurance, where she led the creation of the Insurance Digital Strategy.

Prior to this Helen held a number of senior HR roles including Head of HR for TD Insurance, Credit Cards & Treasury, Branch Banking and Wealth. Helen was Head of Talent Management. Prior to joining TD, Helen was with Lloyds Banking Group where she was a senior HR Executive across working in Asset Management, Business Banking, Wealth & Insurance. During this time she led business disposals, country exits and integrations. Prior to Lloyds, Helen worked for Deloitte as a consultant in the Human Capital practice in the UK and US.

Helen holds a BA in Human Resources and Diploma in Employment Law. She and her husband live in Toronto, Canada with their two children. She is an active runner. Helen is an active contributor with ACCES employment, mentoring new to Canada professionals to help secure employment in their professional field. Helen also sits on the board of People for Education, a think tank researching and influencing education policy at the Provincial and Federal levels in Canada.
