I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's of Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. As the Director of Talent Management at MGM Resorts, I provide full-cycle talent journey consultation to a diverse group of corporate leaders. My role is to shape and guide their development with a strategic mindset and the ability to convey complex concepts with clarity and precision.
