For the past five years, Ken has lead the HR digital transformation for Ansys Inc. with responsibility for Operations/ Service Delivery, HR Technology, Analytics and Process Automation. He is currently the head of Workforce Intelligence at Ansys; a global Simulation Software company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA.
