As a pioneer in People Analytics, over the course of my career I have leveraged my strong learning mindset to create data driven solutions when no guidebook existed. I saw a clear opportunity in HR to complement human judgment with people analytics to make better business decisions, improve employee experiences and ultimately create more productive workplaces.

I’m passionate about incorporating data and analytics into talent decisions and strategic planning, using my engaging storytelling to translate into business terms. This led me to develop strong skills across the data and analytics portfolio, from data governance, dashboard design, increasing analytical capability and more recently expanding applications of data science and AI for HR.

As a leader of Analytics and Tech teams, I thrive when creating compelling vision and strategy, then leading teams to design and deliver great solutions. My teams know me to set a high bar and be heavily invested in their success. I create highly collaborative, learning environments for teams to thrive and achieve.
