Senior People Scientist Culture Amp

Vivian Fructuoso is a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp and her primary focus is expanding People Science support to our Mid-Market customers and Campers in the North America West and APAC regions. In her role, Vivian aims to arm Campers with People Science expertise so we can provide meaningful insights to Mid-Market customers consistently and at scale.

Prior to joining Culture Amp, Vivian has worked within several large, entertainment organizations leading projects related to talent management, system implementation and adoption, employee development, and people analytics. She received her BS in Psychology from the University of California San Diego and her MA in Organizational Behavior Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.

Vivian’s interests and speaking topics include employee and leadership development, performance management, engagement, and the intersection of technology and the employee experience.
