As AI continues to reshape the workplace, fostering a culture of continuous learning is essential to future-proof businesses. While most organizations recognize the importance of this shift, only 40% currently offer AI training to their employees. Of those, just half have integrated AI training into ongoing professional development programs. Additionally, 70% of companies rely on self-learning models, providing access only to online resources and courses.
