He has been at Ally for over three years and has previously worked at companies including Trimble, Amazon, and Virtusa in a variety of leadership roles in workforce planning, HR technology, HR business leadership, HR M&A, and international HR. Trimble’s people analytics story was one of the case studies showcased in Excellence in People Analytics co-authored by Jonathan Ferrar and David Green. Recipient of HR Leadership Award (2010) by Asia Pacific HRM Congress and 40 Most Talented HR Leaders in India (2013) by ET Now and Word HRD Congress. Founder of Kurinji Muthamizh Sangam & Academy, a non-profit focused on helpings kids learn and connect back to their cultural roots.
