SVP, Strategic Solutions Bluewater

As SVP, Strategic Solutions, Dave provides organizational leadership to Bluewater and their clients as part of the Bluewater Executive Team. Specifically, this role focuses Dave on existing strategic client relationships, the development and maintenance of new strategic relationships and leadership for overall sales and business operations at Bluewater. Dave developed and excels at delivering Bluewater’s Decision Analytics Methodology to support right prioritization, analysis and delivery of data as the core for organizational change. In addition, Dave and his team will work with partners to continue to develop business across the entire employee life-cycle to include learning, talent and full HCM support. Prior to his time at Bluewater, Dave owned his own consulting firm, specializing in helping business owners maximize their opportunities and solve operational struggles, turning deficits into assets and ensuring long-term viability and success. He also served as a teacher and principal in the public school system for 15 years in Maryland, Virginia and in Texas. He speaks regularly at national conferences and through online media about the topics of analytics and decision-making, extended enterprise best practices, learning and talent management, and other related topics. Originally from Philadelphia and a die-hard Eagles fan, Dave holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Virginia Tech. He and his wife Blanche have 7 combined children and he currently resides in Plano, Texas.
