Olivia Lau

Olivia Lau is Director of Global Compensation and Talent Analytics at Unity Technologies who helps leaders to continue retaining, attracting, and rewarding employees. With the help of people analytics, Unity has intelligently scaled by 4x across 30+ countries in the last 4 years. 

Before joining Unity, Olivia consulted on Trulia’s people strategy during their acquisition by Zillow Group where she focused on building retention strategies and predicting attrition during a time of critical change. Prior to Trulia, she worked at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group to help optimize patient care through the analysis of hospital operations. 

She holds an MS in statistics from UC Davis. She continues to apply her formal education balanced with the practical perspective of human behavior.
