Divkiran is a seasoned HR Technology professional with extensive experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DEI, People Analytics, Leading change and large-scale HR Transformations focusing on emerging HR Technology. She is currently working with Seagate Technology as Director – Talent Mobility and Talent Acquisition Programs. With professional experience of nearly two decades, she has worked with multiple marquee organizations like GE, PwC, EY, Oracle, Deloitte and Schneider Electric. She was named an ET Emerging Leader earlier this year, has received the ET T.A. Pai Young HR Leader Award in 2020 and featured in HR40Under40 in 2019.
