Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Sodexo

Lisa’s career spans 29+ years of experience in talent acquisition, operations, sales and strategy for Sodexo. In her current role, Lisa leads recruitment teams that focus on sourcing, attracting and recruiting top talent in various disciplines and segments.  Prior to joining talent acquisition, Lisa was a District Manager in Sodexo's University segment. 


Lisa spends her day running towards the big problems that the business is facing and working with her stakeholders to dive, head first, into challenging the team to work together to address speed, quality and diversity with the ultimate end goal of reducing vacancy time.  She is passionate about career growth for her team and provides them with the tools, resources and support needed to develop and grow their Sodexo career.


Lisa holds a B.S degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a M.B.A from Western Connecticut State University. Lisa has a passion for running, skiing and motorcycle rides which she enjoys with her significant other and four daughters.  She is a native New Yorker residing in Connecticut.

In this session, Lisa Inserra from Sodexo will discuss how they are transforming their organization with talent acquisition, including:
  • Aligning talent acquisition with business lines and creating regional teams that are more immersed in the day-to-day business
  • Regular collaboration with VP teams to create business plans for the applicable segments
  • Determining which metrics matter, and building a dashboard of KPIs to communicate them to stakeholders
