Angie is responsible for Global Talent Acquisition strategies and processes, setting goals and applying measurement guidelines that result in successful hires yearly. She is proud to lead a team of over 100+ incredible Talent Professionals who deliver recruiting, delivery, business strategy, effectiveness, social media and employer branding, operations and relationship management support to their various lines of business.

She's been directly responsible for the success of over 45K hires per year, while maintaining best in class service levels. My background and experience include more than 20 years of overall Talent Acquisition strategy expertise, coupled with 10+ years of direct management and delivery of continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness. Prior to TD Bank, she was the VP, Client Delivery with Aon Hewitt where she supported all Canadian and US markets for various clients including, CVS, and BMOHarris Financial Group. She played a critical role in the success of the Aon Hewitt/BMO-Harris relationship and operating model, with a scope of over 30K hires per year with over 200 direct/indirect reports. Prior to Aon Hewitt, she was with Alderwoods Group and consulted for several Fortune 500 firms.
