The Center for Talent Reporting (CTR) was established in
2012 to develop and promote the adoption of reporting standards for human
capital that meets the needs of senior executives, talent management leads,
program managers, and other stakeholders. CTR helps its members run talent like
a business, providing events, tools, and resources in order to create more
value and impact on corporate objectives. CTR also creates industry standards,
provides guidance for the use of those standards, and develops statements and
reports. CTR has developed a certification program for Talent Development
Reporting principles (TDRp), which is an industry-led initiative to establish
internal reporting principles and standards for human capital.
