Professionally, I have the pleasure of leading Culture and Diversity at Siemens Digital Industries (ranked LinkedIn’s #1 employer in Germany). I enjoy infusing creativity, perspective, and innovation to help propel the world forward through designing and executing empathy-based and human-centered products and solutions focused on DEI, Leadership, and Culture, ultimately to create a workplace where people Belong. I have truly enjoyed 10 years of people-centered work in a variety of functions including Leadership Development, Strategy and Innovation, Learning and Education, Business Partnering, and more. At Siemens, we create technologies that help advance society. How? Through electrification, digitization and automation. Creating communities and ecosystems in the direction of progressive development for people and our planet is very important to me. In addition to my daily work, I have founded and developed organizations within youth skill development, hunger and poverty relief, and women’s rights. As a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, I have led local and global social impact projects, like U4 Social – a social growth and coaching community.
