Larry current works at BAYADA Home Health Care, a NJ headquartered company with over 27,000 employees serving 23 states. In addition, the organization has partnerships with agencies in 5 countries outside of the U.S. In his current role, he serves as the enterprise leader for Talent Management, Leadership Development and Learning.

Baider started his career as a health care clinician but quickly moved in the multi-site management realm both as an operator and then as a consultant. That journey also included a formal transition into people leadership where he served as VP of Human Resources for a national health care provider.

He’s passionate about the suite of workforce management solutions he’s designed and operationalized across BAYADA. This includes a robust strategic workforce planning and succession planning methodology that now serves as a framework for the enterprise. He also led one of his teams through the design and implementation of a large-scale development program for newly transitioning leaders. This program was recognized by Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Learning Elite program in 2018, being awarded bronze designation.

Larry graduated from Coach U, an ICF recognized coaching program in 2001. He’s earned a master’s degree in Strategic Communication & Leadership in 2005, a master’s certificate in Applied Positive Psychology in 2016 and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Baider published Leadership to the Fifth Power in 2007.
