Amy Knight

As PRIDE Industries’ Director of Human Resources for Southern California and Hawaii federal contracts, Amy Knight is responsible for talent development, change and performance management, workforce planning, recruiting, retention, compensation, employee relations, and compliance. She has over 20 years of human resource experience, including succession preparedness, job placement, design, HR analytics, and employee engagement. In one of her many innovative roles at PRIDE, Knight currently manages the Next Generation Leadership Program (NextGEN). This hands-on program recruits experienced professionals to teach leadership techniques and industry best-practices to PRIDE’s next generation of leaders. Knight holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University, St. Paul, and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, Fort Wayne. She also serves as a board member on the Weston Village Master Association and is on both the Concordia University-St. Paul Alumni Advisory Council and Awards Committee Council.
