Jim Hemgen

Jim Hemgen is a recognized strategic leader that bridges gap between business and talent development by enabling clients to build capacity at a global level. His content expertise spans across multiple domains including – AI, data science, cybersecurity, data engineering, cloud platforms, software development, systems engineering and consulting. In Jim’s current role as Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, he manages a team of learning architects that curate learning experiences for highly skilled consultants driven to realize positive change in everything we do. He is the former Managing Director, Professional Learning Services, for ASCD a global leader in developing and delivering innovative program that empower educators. Jim served as a Partner and Chief Learning Officer at Wright Robbins where he was responsible for designing, developing, and managing several global learning programs on behalf of clients such as Microsoft, IBM, Dell, Accenture, and HP. Jim is a certified Human Capital Strategist and holds a Kirkpatrick Four-Levels certification.
