The Loews Hotel Employee Experience

Alan Momeyer, VP of HR for Loews Corporation, talks about how Loews Hotels uses the branded employee experience to enhance the branded customer experience. Momeyer is responsible for overall strategy and management of the human resource function for the New York-based diversified corporation consisting of Loews Hotels, CNA Insurance, Diamond Offshore Corporation, Boardwalk Pipelines and HighMount Exploration and Production. He has been with Loews since 1980 and is the author of numerous articles on personnel management.
