State of HR Report 2020

HR's position with many organizations shifted drastically during 2020, a year defined by turmoil and shifting economic circumstances that had a tremendous impact on people. 

With HR leaders now the center of attention at the leadership table, there was a lot of tough decisions to make and unforeseen challenges to address. Changing budgets, employee burnout, wellness and during times of layoffs and furloughs and in some cases, a complete realignment of business priorities made HR professionals adapt in ways they couldn't have imagined in 2019. 

In this report, we present the results of our most recent State of HR survey and ask leaders within the field to weigh in insights gained during the pandemic and what they expect to come next.
