Using data to help us understand how people learn and how well they retained the information they were supposed to learn is becoming a common goal for L&D teams as they seek to improve learning outcomes. But another questions persists: how can data inform the learning pathways we build?
A mix of informal and formal data can be used to create a clearer picture of the learner and the right path forward for them. In this session we’ll look at the use of different types of data to support decisions around learning programs in the corporate setting. We’ll examine the role of data in assessments and review the key elements of data used in effective reporting.
Key takeaways:
• Understand what types of data should inform decision making
• Learn how analytics can influence learning pathways
• Use data to develop better assessments and reporting.
